Package Plants

Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants combine all the steps of a conventional treatment plant in a containerised enclosed unit. Typical applications are remote areas serving small populations where they offer a far more cost-effective solution than construction of conventional plants.
PACKAGE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
A range of sizes are offered to cater for flows from 11.4 m3/day (46 p/e) to 380 m3/day (1,500 p/e). The standard design of the packaged sewage treatment plant allows the system designs to be tailored to suit the clients' application.

Packaged sewage treatment plant options include:

  • Tanks - surge or sludge holding tanks
  • Anoxic retention time
  • Aeration time
  • Disinfection - tablet chlorinator or UV
  • Tertiary treatment filters
Various sewage treatment processes can be incorporated into the standard packaged sewage treatment plant, for example:
